ZUKI Vertical Collar Type Fully Pneumatic Form Fill Seal Machine is a type of automated assembly-line product packaging system, commonly used in the packing industry for granule type food and a wide variety of other granule products. The PLC program based machine is loaded with a continuous flat roll of plastic film, which has labeling and artwork applied to the exterior or interior of the film. It functions in three stages. In the first stage the pouch is formed by the collar using the plastic laminate. In the second stage the product to be packed is filled by cupin the pouch. In the third stage the pouch is heat sealed by pneumatic sealer.Packing range from 1Gm to 1000Gm in different machines for different volumes.Speed range from 20 to 80 pouches per minute depending upon the flow and volume of the products. Available pouching system in center seal only. Power load 5.5KW, Single Phase 230V AC, 50Hz.
