ZUKI Vertical Chute Type Fully Pneumatic Form Fill Seal Machine is a type of automated assembly-line product packaging system, commonly used in the packing industry for both granule & powder type food and a wide variety of other granule & powder products. The logic control program based machine is loaded with a continuous flat roll of plastic film, which has labeling and artwork applied to the exterior or interior of thefilm. It functions in three stages. In the first stage the pouch is formed by the chute using the plastic laminate. In the secondstage the product to be packed is filled by cupin the pouch. In the third stage the pouch is heat sealed by mechanical as well as pneumatic sealer.Packing range from 1Gm to 500Gm in different machines for different volumes. Speed range from 20 to 60 pouches per minute depending upon the flow and volume of the products. Available pouching system in three side, four side & center seal. Power load 2.5KW, Single Phase 230V AC, 50Hz.
