ZUKI Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine is a type of automated assembly-line product packaging system, commonly used in the packing industry for food, and a wide variety of other products. The typical machine is loaded with a continuous flat roll of plastic film, which has labeling and artwork applied to the exterior or interior of the film. It functions in three stages. In the first stage the pouch is formed using the plastic laminate, in the second stage the product to be packed is filled in the pouch & in the third stage the pouch is heat sealed.

To pack products like Shampoo, Honey, Coconut Oil, Tomato Puree, Oil and any other free flowing liquid items from 5ml. to 200ml. in different machine for different volumes. Speed range from 15 to 60 pouches per minute depending upon the flow and volume of the products. Available in 3 side, 4 side and center sealing. It drives on ½ HP, 220V AC, 50 Hz and Single Phase Motor. Total electrical load required by this machine is 2KW to single phase.
