ZUKI Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine is a type of automated assembly-line product packaging system, commonly used in the packing industry for viscousliquid food, and a wide variety of other viscousliquid products. The typical machine is loaded with a continuous flat roll of plastic film, which has labeling and artwork applied to the exterior or interior of the film. It functions in three stages. In the first stage the pouch is formed by chute using the plastic laminate, in the second stage the viscous liquid product to be packed by piston dosing filling system in to the pouch & in the third stage the pouch is heat sealed by jaws. To pack products like Pickles, Tomato Puree & Sauce, Lime Paste and any other viscous liquid items from 2ml. to 100ml. in different machine for different volumes. Speed range from 15 to 60 pouches per minute depending upon the flow and volume of the product.
