ZUKI Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine is a type of automated assembly-line product packaging system, commonly used in the packing industry for food, and a wide variety of other products. The typical machine is loaded with a continuous flat roll of plastic film, which has labeling and artwork applied to the exterior or interior of the film. It functions in three stages. In the first stage the pouch is formed using the plastic laminate. In the second stage the product to be packed is filled in the pouch. In the third stage the pouch is heat sealed. To pack products like Tablets, Pan Masala, Tobacco, Cereals, Coffee Powder, Tea, Detergents, Pharmaceutical Powder, Snacks, Spices (Powder & Whole), Henna Powder and any other free flowing Powder items from 1Gm to 250Gms in different machines for different volumes. Speed range from 25 to 250 pouches per minute depending upon the flow and volume of the products. Available in 3 side, 4 side and center sealing. It drives on ½ HP, 220V AC, 50 Hz, and Single Phase Motor. Total electrical load required by this machine is 2KW to 2.5KW single phase.
